Our Goals
Strengthen Collaboration and Networking
Facilitate the development of coalitions of indigenous Ugandan NGOs and CBOs to enhance networking, resource mobilization, and partnerships, fostering collective action to address local challenges in rural communities.
Enhance Organizational Capacity
Provide state-of-the-art training programs in leadership, governance, accountability, technical capacity, and impact evaluation to build the sustainability and effectiveness of Ugandan NGOs and CBOs working in rural areas.
Improve Infrastructure and Service Delivery
Support the physical upgrading of educational and health institutions in collaboration with local organizations, improving the quality and availability of essential services in rural Uganda.
Promote Sustainable Development
Educate local, regional and global policy makers regarding laws, regulations and policies that would support initiatives that enable rural communities to thrive independently through effective local governance, robust community engagement, and sustainable development practices.
Foster Community Empowerment
Empower rural Ugandans by supporting local NGOs and CBOs in becoming the drivers of positive change, ensuring that solutions are rooted in the needs and aspirations of the communities they serve.
